Bored and Driven Piling
We have a range of piling rigs which can access through a standard doorway if necessary and drill piles 300mm diameter in low headroom of 2.2m.
Hollow Stem Piling (CFA)
Can be used for unstable ground such as sands and gravel with a high water table.
Underpinning
Traditional hand dug and machine excavated underpinning completed to enhance the foundations of existing properties.
Depths of 4.0m plus have been achieved with all the necessary propping and protection to comply with Health and Safety regulation.
Underpinning to form basements in existing properties with no disturbance to the household above'
Grouting
Pressure grouting in deep drilled holes to stabilise voids within unstable ground. Works to include stabilisation of "swallow holes" and "Solution Features".
Building and Building Repairs
Standard methods of repair to the fabric of a building such as tie bars and Helibars installed to stabilise cracks to brickwork and concrete. Full plastering to a high standard and decorating to complete the projects.
Site lnvestigation
We have a good range of equipment and skilled operatives to complete investigation prior to construction of large and small projects.
Plant such as cable percussion rigs for outside and cut down rigs for inside work, probing and sampling using small rigs capable of drilling to 15.0m.
Hand excavated trial pits to expose foundations of existing building down to depths of 5.0m or more fully boarded and braced.
